The year of 2013 not only contains reform but also includes development for the corporation.Under the leadership of the board and the management stuff, and the effort of all the employees, the corporation has achieved a steady increase in business performance. The annual turnover of 2013 is 34,363.02 ten thousand RMB, increased by 8.38% comparing with the last year, and completed 69.32% of expected annual budget. Sales revenue still mainly comes from diagnostic reagent, annual sales of diagnostic reagent is 29,286.37 ten thousand RMB, increased by 8% compared with last year; annual sales income of biochemical instruments grew rapidly to 3,900.32 ten thousand RMB, raised by 11.55% comparing with previous year, the share of main business income rose by 0.32 percentage point; Net profit of shareholders attributed to listed corporation of 11,007.20 ten thousand RMB, increased by 11.99% over last year.
2013 is a year of transition for leadman, the corporation steps into reform and has completed its initial adjustment. During the transition, there are difficulties and problems, but the spirit of persistence of leadman help us overcome the barriers one by one. The corporation continued to promote its "second pioneering" strategic objectives, and the level of corporate governance and internal control system has been further improved, the standardized operation has reached a higher level; the structural adjustment has been realized in terms of management level, it improves various rules and regulations and work processes which ensures the well conduct of work, the efficiency and management capacity have been fully improved; it further promoted the information technology, enhanced the speed of the internal information communication and reduced the cost of business operations; ability to enhance the independent innovation is continuously improved, the significant research and development projects are progressing well, and constantly enrich the product line, it provides the a sustained, healthy and rapid development foundation for the development of the corporation.
Nowadays, the industry we are in is undergoing the revolutionary change, new techniques, new products, new ideas, new concepts, new mindsets, and new sales and market model have impacted us dramatically. Some giant enterprises are investing a huge amount of money into wearable medical device, the cross-industry competition is intensified gradually, Apple, google and Foxconn are investing in the medical field actively. The increasingly fierce market competition, increasingly stringent regulatory requirements and increasingly extensive product range, increasingly advanced production and research technology, are not only provide us with great opportunities but also with challenges. We have to grip the trend of reform of the industry, not only reform our mindset and ideas but also the management and operation model. We have to make great effort for innovation, and we have to enrich the verities of our product, improve our sales channel so that we can take the challenges as opportunities and motivation for us to move forward constantly, and ultimately reach the ambitious target of ‘"second pioneering’.
2014 is the key year of achieving its overall development strategic objectives. How to establish the modern enterprise management system, how to deal with the current market competition and how to grasp the opportunities in industry consolidation to become the leader of the industry are a huge challenge for the corporate governance. We will under the lead of overall strategic development plan to establish the scientific talent mechanism, strengthen the internal control system and risk prevention ability, establish the awareness of energy conservation and consumption reduction, reinforce the information management, further improve the refinement management level. Take the overall budget as the core concept, we will enhance our research and innovation capacity, improve the time-to-market of new products, accelerate the pace of mergers and acquisitions investment. Take the investment to promote the scale and enforce the market to create the benefits, thus to accomplish all the target of 2014 comprehensively.
There are hopes and difficulties, opportunities and challenges in 2014. There is still a long way to go for the further reform and development.
