Leadman company’s culture – surveyed by Beijing government officials

In March, we welcomed the visit of officials from both Beijing government and also our district government. Our general manager Guangqian Shen accompanied with them along with our vice general managers Peng Chen, Xibei Jia and Jun Liu.
Mr Shen gave a short talk about Leadman, then Mr Chen gave a detailed presentation based on Leadman’s asset, operation and investments. In his presentation, he talked about our investments on research and the efforts we made to improve our working efficiency, energy saving, tax payment and employments.
These visitors were surprised with leadman’s steady and fast growth, at the same time, they were really interested in Leadman’s culture. The visitors had a long conversation with Mr Shen about Leadman’s company culture, team work, employee’s training and employee’s morality. Our general manager Mr Shen said that everything he did in February was to make our working environment more comfortable such as to ask every employee to turn off lights after use, to ask everybody not to waste any food and etc. All the visitors were surprised of Mr Shen’s attention to such details.
In the conversation, Mr Lee, who is the chief of a bureau, paid special attention to creative research, management, development and cooperation with companies from other countries. In addition, Mr Lee encouraged us to apply to more patents in order to enhance the image of Leadman and to make more contributions to our society.
After the conversation, the visitors had a look of our offices, reading room, restaurant and production base. Again, they were astonished.
