According to the requirement of 2013 Work Safety Month schedule of BDA and the annual plan of emergency drilling activity, Beijing Leadman Biochemistry Co. Ltd. organized the emergency drill.
 
Employees from the research and design division, the production and operation division joined this activity. At first, it started with desktop simulation exercise and the participators shared their ideas about dealing with the emergency issues. Then, the whole team evaluated the plan and there were several people did the role play, and others worked with the emergency problem. At last, the work safety officer gave the participators feedback on-site.
 
Through this emergency drilling activity, it improved the response speed to the emergency issue. The simulation exercise and the discussion got people involved and educated.During this activity methods were discussed on an evaluation of the existing plan, it improved contingency plans to reach continuous improvement purposes.
